You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Email piersonwatson@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
For a standard change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. For large freight items this can be expensive, so please be sure of your purchase — the return freight cost will be your responsibility and will not be refunded. We'll tell you the expected return shipping method before you commit.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, that's on us — we cover it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping, at no cost to you. For freight items, noting damage on the delivery receipt and photographing it on arrival greatly speeds this up.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post it.
We can't accept returns of items that have been used, assembled beyond what's needed to inspect them, or returned without original packaging, except where the item was damaged or defective.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an item has shipped, the return policy above applies.
