Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Smaller items ship by standard parcel carriers (typically a few business days in transit after shipping). Large items such as a Pilates reformer ship by freight (LTL) carrier; freight transit times vary by destination and are longer than parcel. The estimated delivery window for your specific item and address is shown before you complete checkout. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays can happen.
Freight items are delivered to your curb or driveway by appointment. Please inspect the shipment on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves — this protects your ability to file a damage claim (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add surprise charges after purchase.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a freight shipment once it's in transit, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur carrier fees.
