If a genuine pricing or description error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel before charging or shipping.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or we can't ship to your address). If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. You authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.
We do not use fake reviews, invented testimonials, fake urgency countdowns, or claims we can't back up. If you ever see a claim on our pages you think is inaccurate, tell us at piersonwatson@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
